Industrial Engineer Secondment program
The Programme will run from 1 June 2020 to 30 November 2020. As part of the programme, we will second young Industrial Engineering professionals to your organisation, and together help flatten the curve of unemployment amongst our top engineering talent in South Africa.
Our Financial Services Engineering team, consisting of highly trained Business Analysts and Process Engineers, is well suited to assist you with:
- Driving rapid cost reduction throughout your organisation;
- Digitalisation of your processes and sales channels; and
- Delivering faster and more cost-effectively on your strategic initiatives and projects.
We drive impact and deliver in a socially distanced manner through learnings garnered from the start of the COVID-19 crisis. Our highly qualified Engineering Managers provide design oversight on a weekly basis at no additional charge.

- No 3rd party reference fees payable;
- Mazars Financial Services will issue all travel permits;
- We will supply secondees with all the electronic equipment they will need to carry out assignments (including laptops, socially distanced delivery tools and our rapid process mapping method and toolset);
- When your assignment with the secondee is complete you have the opportunity to employ them full time; and
- The rate per hour is well below the market rate for Business Analyst and Process Engineering skills, and will be further discounted for size and duration of secondments.
