Rochelle van Molendorff Partner - Audit

Rochelle is the HOD of the Mazars in Gqeberha Audit Department as well as the Training Officer.

Rochelle joined the Mazars in Gqeberha office as a SAICA trainee accountant on 1 February 2011. During her three-year SAICA training contract, she passed both her SAICA Board 1 and IRBA PPE Board 2 on first attempt, after which she qualified as a CA(SA) with SAICA in 2015. During her career with Mazars, she has been exposed to a wide variety of clients and sectors, predominantly performing audit engagements in the retail and manufacturing sectors.

From January 2014 to March 2014, Rochelle had the great opportunity to be seconded to Weiser Mazars in New York as an Audit Senior. Since joining Mazars she has gained experience in strategic management of the audit department, departmental budgets, compilation and review of annual financial statements audit planning, as well as recruitment, management and performance management of audit department staff.
