Jean van Tubbergh Partner - Audit
Jean joined Mazars in 1999 and became an audit partner in 2008. Before starting his articles, Jean did a National diploma in Cost and Management Accounting and besides from qualifying as a CA (SA) after articles he also completed his B-Tech Tax degree during his training contract as article clerk.
Experience
Jean specialises in the audits of larger private groups, particularly in the real estate, venture capital, construction and financial services industry.
One of his many strengths is client relationships without compromising independence. Jean is also responsible for a large number of high-net-worth individuals, attending to their business affairs registered in various other entities and trusts whilst also attending to their personal tax affairs.
Jean is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience, which includes Project Finance, Tax planning and compliance, Financial Management and Audit engagements.
