Guillaume Oberholster Managing Partner - Central

Guillaume joined Mazars as a partner in 2013 as part of a merger of the partners and staff from PKF Bloemfontein to Mazars.
Guillaume studied B.Compt at the University of the Free State and Hons.BCompt/CTA at UNISA. He did his articles at Theron du Toit Bloemfontein and qualified as a CA in 1988.
Guillaume moved to Theron du Toit Kimberley in 1990 as Manager. In 1992 he and two other CA’s started their own firm in Kimberley, Enslins, where he was Managing Partner until he moved to Bloemfontein in 2006 to establish a branch there. In 2009 he joined forces with PKF Bloemfontein and the two firms merged, creating a 60+ staff member firm.
He was previously President of the Northern Cape Society of Chartered Accountants, Chairperson of GMN SA (Association of CA Firms), President of Griqualand West Tennis and served on the National Small Practices Committee of SAICA for eight years. He served on the National Practice Review Committee for two years. He also served on the Provincial Audit Committee of the Northern Cape Provincial Government for six years.
He is currently the Managing Partner of Mazars Central, consisting of offices in Bloemfontein, Kimberley and Kathu. He is one of five Partners in Bloemfontein with special interests in Marketing, Practice Development, Mining and Offshore Tax Structuring.
His clients range from privately held businesses, professional practices to larger concerns in trade, industry and mining.

He also has a passion for travelling and has travelled extensively for business and leisure. He would like to grow his international exposure and business expertise.
Guillaume is happily married for more than 30 years, has three daughters (two of whom are married), and is a provincial tennis player with National Colours in Seniors Tennis. He believes in a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
