Anna Odendal

For 15 years prior to her role in Mazars HR Advisory, Anna consulted with established national and international consulting firms such as MAC Consulting and Drotter Human Resources Africa (now called the Leadership Pipeline Institute. A further 16 years prior was spent in HR roles such as Group Head of Talent Acquisition and Selection, Divisional HR Manager, Senior Consultant Executive Development and Strategic Staffing with major corporations in South Africa (

 

Experience

 

Anna has extensive experience in HR consulting, HR project management, HR generalist roles and providing specialized HR services such as assessments. Her major strengths are the development of talent management capacity in client organizations, the design and implementation of assessment and development centres and executive assessments.
