The SMME Connect newsletter has been released by SARS
The SMME Connect newsletter has been published and deals with a few topics including SARS making compliance easier, beginning with the essentials and SARS’s continued commitment to increase clarity and certainty.
The Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMME) Connect Newsletter includes critical information to decrease administrative burdens so that the SMMEs can focus on the “business of business”.
The topics include:
- employer interim reconciliation;
- tax compliance information pertaining to registration, declaration, payment and deregistration;
- cargo and clearance procedures for traders and travellers;
- debt management; and
- a list of recent webinars that were hosted between September and December 2021.
As an overview, SARS provides an essential guide for SMME that details required compliance actions, at each stage of the compliance life cycle, for the different tax types.
