1.Executive buy-in

Without sponsorship, employees will fear change. The need for automation should be expressed top-down, whilst implementation is bottom-up.

2. Lack of training

Although the solution is no-code, employees still need to implement decisions, logic, variables, etc.

3. Changing interfaces

Although the solution does deep integration, some changes to the UI may cause the bot to stop at that point. Our solution does help the employee to resolve the changes.

4. Exception management

Employees do not foresee all exceptions and do miss some. These will cause a process to stop and will then require the employee to complete the process recording.

5. No quality assurance

No Quality Assurance / Process Centre of Excellence to ensure best practices. Employees are not process experts, and
an organisation still require these skills.
