Set for growth: explore (and share) our story

This publication, part of our annual reporting, tells the story of how we adapted and made significant strides in a challenging period. In the past three years, we’ve seen the global impact of a pandemic, conflict in Europe and the Middle East, energy shortages, a cost-of-living crisis and geopolitical tensions; and yet, we still continued to be resilient.

In fact we’ve done more than just build resilience: for the third time in a row, we have achieved record-breaking growth (see our 2022/2023 results announcement here for more details), consistency that has proven time and time again that our multidisciplinary strategy and distinctive approach set us apart. They are what enable us to better serve our clients and continue attracting top talent, offering choice, with the ultimate goal of serving the public interest.

And guess what? We’re not stopping here. We intend to continue writing the next chapters of our story focusing on both our own transformation and on preserving the integrity of our industry.

We are working to progress our own ESG commitments, advancing on the net zero pledge we made last year and are continuing to invest in the digitalisation of our firm, infusing technology across our service lines and skillsets to reinvent our offerings and tools to the benefit of both our clients and our teams.

Our goal has always been to go beyond what is expected of us to provide the highest quality experience—this is why we are building an even stronger firm, a global platform equipped to serve our clients with an unparalleled quality of service wherever they are in the world. Through this, we are creating a unique top ten global network, Forvis Mazars, coming into effect in June 2024.

It’s a move that cements our purpose in action: Mazars is determined to play our part in building a more sustainable and prosperous world, with a bold vision for the future, seizing and creating the right opportunities for our people, our clients, the planet and society.
