FAQ

Here you find answers to the most frequently asked questions about benchmarking.

Should you have any remaining questions, do not hesitate to contact us via email or telephone.

Why would I want to benchmark my company?

Participation in our benchmark research will offer valuable insight in size and the cost of the primary processes compared to those of the overhead, and whether this balance is competitive compared to other industry players. The information received from participation will help you deciding on investing, or on the contrary, cutting costs in the various departments. It will also help improve the service delivery of your company.

Will sensitive information be revealed to competitors or other third parties when I participate in the benchmark?

No. We process your company information confidentially, meaning that we will not disclose your company information to any party except to yourself and we will not publish, nor make any company information publicly available. Only you will have access to your company findings. No other participants or any other external person will be able to access this information.

Will my confidential information be shared with third parties?

No confidential company level information will be shared with any third party. We will not make any company information publicly available, nor can anyone or any party access your company information, except for you, the participant.

I do not want to participate in the benchmark, but I would like to receive data on industry average costs, is that possible?

No, this is not possible. Mazars Berenschot will only deliver reports to paying and participating clients to the relevant benchmark.

Will information and findings of the benchmark be published?

There will be no public presentation of the report available. Only for participants there will be a personalised and general report.

Will my company’s information be stored securely?

Security of information is guaranteed as Mazars Berenschot operates under Mazars’ Code of Conduct, which is available on request. Berenschot also works with ISO registrations and is annually reviewed to uphold integrity and professionality regarding data control.
