Mazars Appoints a New Partner
Andries Batt joined the Mazars team as Audit Partner on 1 December 2011.
Andries has 15 years of financial services, retail and manufacturing experience with Big 4 firms, and has international experience in commerce at a large investment bank in London.
He gained extensive audit experience at one of South Africa’s largest listed manufacturing companies. His financial services experience includes audits of and advisory services to some of South Africa’s largest investment managers, collective investment schemes, investment funds, retirement funds, medical aid schemes, insurance companies and control reviews (ISAE 3402) for service organisations.
