The performance management system

Our performance management system is the cornerstone of our human resources management policies.

Your Senior/Manager completes an assignment appraisal for all team members after each assignment.
Assignment appraisals are centralized by your Senior/Manager and used during your annual appraisal.

The purpose of appraisal is to:

  • Give you an opportunity for in-depth discussion with your Senior/Manager about your performance and career aspirations.
  • Determine your strengths and development goals.
  • Provide a formal framework to construct an individual development plan.
