Manda has extensive experience in commerce and private practice in general management and human resources roles. She began her HR career in the UK in a specialist training and development role with the public service. Her field of expertise at the time was management development and personal growth.

Since emigrating to South Africa some 20 years ago, she moved into generalist HR management and has enjoyed success at both operational and strategic levels.

Manda joined Mazars in 2007 with a specific brief to integrate the South African practice nationally and internationally. She has a network of HR practitioners in the South African offices who assist with the implementation of the various HR processes and practices required by Mazars Group and in response to the local environment.

In 2008, in completion of a masters degree, she conducted research into the impact of gender on the career progression of women in the accounting profession.

Her main fields of interest within the HR arena are diversity management, career management and leadership development and coaching.
